About the job
Leads an onsite team processing, storing, and maintaining funded auto contracts, while managing vault operations, team performance, and process and project improvements.
What you'll do
- Coach and develop associates, set and communicate performance expectations, and conduct performance reviews.
- Oversee contract workflows, audits, dispute-letter preparation, escalations, and other day-to-day vault operations.
- Manage team metrics and assigned projects, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve complex issues.
