Leads and supports the structuring, execution, and distribution of ABS and CLO transactions and financing opportunities for institutional clients.
What you'll do
- Manage deal processes and support execution and closing of ABS/CLO and financing transactions, including negotiating terms and reviewing legal documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, investors, rating agencies, legal counsel, trustees, and internal partners; lead due diligence and investor meetings.
- Develop transaction and pitch materials, support new business generation, and research expansion into new products and asset classes.
