Own and optimize Carta’s Workday Payroll configuration, integrations, testing, compliance, and stakeholder coordination, with related Time Tracking and Absence Management responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and govern Workday Payroll to support accurate, compliant pay.
- Coordinate Payroll configuration with Core HCM and related Workday modules, and lead testing and validation for changes and releases.
- Partner with Payroll Operations and People teams to resolve issues and translate business needs into system configuration.
