About the job
Develops and scales manufacturing processes for flight-critical printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), improving quality, throughput, and repeatability from development through production.
What you'll do
- Develop and improve PCBA manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, work instructions, and standards.
- Support assembly operations, troubleshoot defects, and lead root-cause and corrective-action efforts.
- Partner with design engineering and technicians on production readiness, training, and process improvements.

- Strong understanding of SMT, soldering, inspection, rework, and electronics assembly.
- Experience developing or improving manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation; hands-on PCBA defect troubleshooting experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or aerospace workmanship standards.
- Experience with conformal coating, staking, SMT equipment, automated inspection, tooling, or aerospace/flight hardware.
