About the job
Leads avionics manufacturing technicians and daily production execution across assembly, rework, integration, and testing of avionics hardware.
What you'll do
- Direct and develop technicians; assign work and balance production workloads.
- Provide hands-on support for builds, troubleshooting, PCBA rework, wire harnesses, integration, and test.
- Improve production processes and coordinate with engineering, quality, planning, and supply chain to resolve issues.

- Experience with PCBA rework, wire harness manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, or electrical test.
