Build and develop composite components for R&D, prototypes, and production, supporting process improvement and transition to repeatable manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Perform composite fabrication tasks, including layup, filament winding support, press molding, bonding, curing, trimming, and assembly.
- Prepare and run prototype builds, process trials, and manufacturing development; troubleshoot with engineers and document results.
- Maintain quality, safety, documentation, and production-ready work areas.
