Leads development and day-to-day facilities operations at Castelion’s new 1,000-acre New Mexico site, supporting safe, reliable growth across engineering, manufacturing, and office environments.
What you'll do
- Establish facilities SOPs, maintenance programs, work-order systems, and prioritization processes.
- Oversee building systems, manufacturing equipment installations, vendors, contractors, and site infrastructure planning.
- Coordinate with EHS, security, engineering, and operations on safety, compliance, emergency response, and continuous improvement.
