What you'll do
- Perform maintenance and non-technical repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, plus general facility upkeep.
- Inspect interior and exterior areas and support site operations, janitorial and hospitality teams, and maintenance programs.
- Operate lifts when needed and manage electronic work tickets through the internal work order system.
