Supports daily facilities maintenance and site coordination to keep Castelion’s Midland, Texas test site operational and ready.
What you'll do
- Perform basic building repairs and preventative maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry, and general facility work.
- Inspect buildings and site areas, track work orders, and follow up on maintenance and readiness issues.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, site services, and facilities projects with the Facilities Manager and other site teams.
What they ask for
- Technical training in Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC in a commercial building environment.
- Hands-on experience with common hand and power tools and experience supporting preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, or facility upkeep.
- Working knowledge of building systems and ability to identify issues requiring escalation to a licensed trade or specialized contractor.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., work indoors and outdoors in changing weather, and support occasional needs outside standard business hours.
Nice to have
- Trade training related to building maintenance.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance on building systems or facility equipment.
