Operates and monitors high-temperature furnaces and related equipment for ceramic matrix composite manufacturing, supporting safe production runs, troubleshooting, and process documentation.
What you'll do
- Operate furnaces and associated equipment, monitor process parameters, and carry out startup, shutdown, and changeovers.
- Load and unload production hardware, respond to alarms and process deviations, and support inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records and organized work areas while following safety procedures and coordinating with engineering and facilities teams.
