What you'll do
- Own multi-program supply strategies and lead complex supplier selections, negotiations, agreements, and commercial decisions.
- Assess global markets and supplier risks, and develop cost, capacity, continuity, and competitive-advantage strategies.
- Partner with executives and cross-functional teams on high-impact tradeoffs, supplier performance, governance, and sourcing standards.

- 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, global supply management, commodity management, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.

- Documented success leading enterprise-scale sourcing strategies, complex negotiations, critical supplier relationships, and high-impact cross-functional decisions as an individual contributor.

- Experience with global supplier networks, international logistics, regional sourcing, geopolitical risk, and cross-border commercial execution.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, cybersecurity maturity requirements, or comparable defense-contracting controls; relevant certifications or security clearance are also valued.
