Launch and operate HR support for Castelion’s Rio Rancho manufacturing facility, partnering with leaders to build its workforce, manage employee relations, and ensure compliant day-to-day people operations.
What you'll do
- Advise and coach site leaders on workforce strategy, manager effectiveness, employee relations, and performance management.
- Support the non-exempt workforce by managing HR operations, analyzing workforce metrics, and addressing wage-and-hour, attendance, scheduling, and timekeeping practices.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, site expansion, HR programs, audits, investigations, and compliance with employment requirements.
