About the job
Develop and manage industrial hygiene programs and exposure controls for Castelion’s manufacturing and test operations in New Mexico, with periodic support in Midland, Texas.
What you'll do
- Assess chemical and physical workplace hazards, plan and conduct exposure monitoring, and interpret results.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to implement exposure controls and integrate industrial hygiene into facility design, commissioning, and process changes.
- Maintain industrial hygiene procedures, records, training, and technical guidance; support exposure investigations and occupational health programs.

- 3+ years of industrial hygiene experience in a technically complex industrial environment.
- Experience conducting occupational exposure assessments, developing sampling strategies, and using monitoring methods and equipment.

Nice to have
