Leads integration, testing, and qualification of advanced defense hardware from prototype through production, establishing scalable manufacturing and test processes and supporting flight-test campaigns.
What you'll do
- Own assembly, integration, and test processes for complete hypersonic strike vehicle assemblies.
- Develop, document, and qualify manufacturing, assembly, and test processes, including work instructions and test procedures.
- Lead hands-on build and test operations, troubleshoot failures, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
