About the job
Leads weekend-shift inventory and material-flow operations for manufacturing, ensuring materials are available, accurately tracked, and handled safely while directing inventory personnel.
What you'll do
- Prioritize and coordinate material handling, staging, kitting, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Direct, train, and support inventory and material-handling personnel; communicate shortages, risks, and shift handoffs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, traceability, storage standards, and safety practices; coordinate with Production and other teams.

- Prior experience directing, training, or coordinating warehouse or inventory personnel; experience using an ERP, MES, warehouse-management, or inventory-control system.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain it; demonstrated experience with inventory transactions, cycle counting, material staging, and reconciliation; ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted.
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, semiconductor, or other highly regulated manufacturing.
