Leads development, qualification, and execution of special manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense hardware at Castelion’s Torrance facility.
What you'll do
- Coordinate daily team activities, priorities, training, and technical direction for technicians and operators.
- Develop, document, qualify, and improve special processes; establish parameters, inspections, and records with engineering and quality.
- Investigate process issues and defects, support root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and maintain safe, compliant process operations.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T, CAD models, bills of material, work instructions, and technical documentation.
