What you'll do
- Lead and develop the automation and controls team, setting priorities and technical direction.
- Design, qualify, commission, and support automated cells, robotics, motion control, PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, and safety controls.
- Set engineering standards and oversee vendor, capital, reliability, and data-integration efforts for production scaling.
