About the job
Leads production and manufacturing process development for Castelion’s separation systems and launchers, moving them from development into high-rate production.
What you'll do
- Lead day-to-day production of mechanisms such as separation systems and launchers; develop factory processes, documentation, plans, and schedules.
- Work with supply chain to develop suppliers, design and validate tooling, and participate in design reviews to improve manufacturability.
- Support production outcomes for system assembly, weekly deliveries, and launchers for flight goals.
