About the job
Owns the implementation and scale-up of materials manufacturing processes for Ceramic Matrix Composite (CMC) production, making processes reliable and repeatable for production.
What you'll do
- Implement and scale manufacturing processes; develop work instructions, process controls, documentation, and technician training.
- Partner with Materials and Equipment Engineering on process requirements, equipment needs, commissioning, and production readiness.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve process capability, yield, throughput, equipment utilization, and production flow.
