Leads Castelion’s Materials Management organization and oversees inventory, shipping, receiving, and material flow to support manufacturing and production.
What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and set priorities for the Inventory, Shipping, and Receiving team.
- Oversee day-to-day material operations, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and production support.
- Build scalable processes and performance metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve material risks.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, warehouse operations, manufacturing logistics, shipping and receiving, or supply chain operations.
- 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading relevant operational teams.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, MRP, MES, or WMS systems and knowledge of physical material movement and system transactions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, manufacturing, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, space, automotive, or other highly regulated advanced manufacturing environments.
