What you'll do
- Mature SOC operations; direct threat hunting and lead incident response.
- Develop defensive playbooks and strategies, deploy security technologies, and maintain security architecture documentation.
- Build threat intelligence and support regulatory compliance, audits, assessments, and coordination with internal teams and government partners.

- 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience focused on defensive operations, including 2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, engineering, intelligence, government, or critical infrastructure, and in regulated environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in security monitoring, threat hunting, incident response, APTs, and enterprise security tools.
- Expert knowledge of network protocols, security architecture, system hardening, and SIEM; experience with Windows/Linux security, scripting, and cloud security.
