About the job
Own and scale sheet metal forming and welding processes for solid rocket motor and hypersonic vehicle hardware, from development builds through production.
What you'll do
- Develop, qualify, and improve forming and welding processes, fixtures, work instructions, and production flow.
- Define inspection and NDE strategies; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for fabrication defects.
- Partner with Design, Quality, Tooling, Operations, and suppliers to support producibility, production ramp, and quality.
