Leads the end-to-end design, analysis, testing, and delivery of mission-critical flight hardware while serving as a mechanical-domain technical expert and mentor.

- Perform or lead structural analysis and drive rapid design improvements based on test results.
- Mentor engineers and work hands-on with technicians, manufacturing, suppliers, and test teams to resolve hardware issues.
