Supervises armed security operations on an assigned shift at Castelion’s New Mexico installation, protecting personnel and assets while ensuring compliance with security requirements.
What you'll do
- Lead armed officers, patrols, access control, weapons accountability, and incident response during the assigned shift.
- Train and evaluate personnel, enforce post orders and weapons-safety policies, and coordinate guard-force readiness.
- Maintain incident, weapons, and shift records; coordinate with company security leadership and emergency services or law enforcement.
