Supervises the nightshift R&D technicians and shop-floor operations supporting Castelion’s Blackbeard program and LRIP production goals.
What you'll do
- Manage, hire, develop, and supervise nightshift technicians, including performance management for a staff of up to 30.
- Oversee shop-floor schedules, workflow, tooling and consumable inventory, training, and required team skillsets.
- Track and deliver R&D shop commitments while driving continuous process improvement.
