Leads the team designing, deploying, and sustaining manufacturing tooling, automation, robotics, and controls for hypersonic missile production.
What you'll do
- Lead tooling, automation, and controls work across production programs, including precision fixtures and automated manufacturing cells.
- Direct controls development and project execution from concept through commissioning and production handover, ensuring safety and applicable standards.
- Build and mentor the engineering team, manage equipment vendors and procurement, and advance manufacturing automation and monitoring capabilities.
