Applied AI Engineer - Technology Consultant

What you'll do

• Drive pre- and post-sales customer work, including technical discovery, demonstrations, implementation guidance, adoption, and value thresholds.
• Develop ROI and adoption programs through QBRs, strategic roadmaps, executive sponsorship, and repeatable value-tracking frameworks.
• Translate customer AI strategies and requirements into Celonis solutions and measurable business impact; serve as an industry-domain technical expert.

What they ask for

• 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting functions, with relevant consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, or customer value realization background.
• Strong technical skills, including relevant Microsoft or equivalent certifications; knowledge of data connections, data objects, validation, analysis, LLM use, prompting, and prompt data constructs.
• Ability to identify and prioritize use cases, implement improvement measures, establish operating models, train users, and drive customer value and subscription renewal or expansion.
• Project management skills and strong presentation skills for technical sessions, readouts, and demos; Bachelor’s Degree required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of business processes across sectors such as Supply Chain or Finance, and ability to translate business needs into AI use cases.
• Knowledge of Python, ML libraries and data engineering tools; hands-on agentic systems experience using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, evaluations, and guardrails.

$162,000 — $190,000 USD (base salary)
