Advises strategic customers and prospects on technical strategy, enterprise transformation, and solutions involving Process Intelligence and Agentic AI, while supporting sales and relaying market feedback to product teams.
What you'll do
- Advise C-level executives and lead data, cloud, and innovation strategy and roadmaps for global accounts.
- Architect innovative solutions and partner with Sales and Value Engineering to support customer acquisition and upselling.
- Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering and develop customer-facing thought leadership.
