Leads technical and value-focused client engagements in manufacturing, using Celonis Process Intelligence to solve operational problems, guide implementation, and identify AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and post-sale implementation across the customer lifecycle.
- Drive enterprise ROI and adoption programs through value frameworks, QBRs, strategic roadmaps, and executive alignment.
- Translate customer challenges and AI strategies into solutions, while serving as a manufacturing-domain technical expert.
