What you'll do
- Own customer value realization, including discovery, ROI, executive narratives, and value workshops.
- Orchestrate transformation programs, stakeholder sponsorship, change management, and Center of Excellence roadmaps.
- Drive platform adoption and expansion, using AI tools for account planning, project management, and automation.
