About the job
Plans, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots data center servers and related hardware, while tracking assets and responding to operational issues on a rotating on-call schedule.
What you'll do
- Plan server or rack installations; install server operating systems and perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware break-fix.
- Maintain asset, ticketing, rack elevation, and server lifecycle data; collect and verify online asset information.
- Handle business-reported issues during regular hours and rotating weekend on-call duty.

- Experience with large-scale remote OS installation, such as PXE boot.
- Familiarity with Linux, hardware fault diagnosis, simple automation tools, and Shell or Python scripts.
