AI and Automation Engineer - Business Systems

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI agents, integrations, and enterprise workflows; establish reusable engineering patterns and production reliability practices.
• Partner with business teams to deliver controlled process solutions, measure outcomes, and support user adoption.
• Deliver through Scrum and Agile practices, and translate Security, Privacy, SOX, and SSDLC requirements into technical controls and operating procedures.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in software, platform, integration, solution engineering, enterprise applications, or related technical roles, including hands-on production ownership.
• Strong Python and TypeScript or JavaScript skills, with experience building APIs, services, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience building production AI systems, including agents, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, evaluations, and monitoring.
• Working knowledge of enterprise Finance processes and experience in Scrum or Agile teams.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI or automation solutions for Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or other controlled processes.
• Experience implementing SOX controls or working in an audit-regulated environment.
