What you'll do
- Define Ready-for-Service criteria, operational acceptance processes, readiness reviews, and follow-up on gaps.
- Build scalable on-premises operating models, including ownership, support boundaries, procedures, and escalation paths.
- Create operator training, qualification, certification, and knowledge-management programs; assess operational suitability of prospective data centers.
