Senior Product Manager, AI Models

What you'll do

• Own the model roadmap and partnerships with frontier labs and open-source maintainers.
• Define model quality evaluations, benchmarks, and customer feedback loops; drive improvements with engineering.
• Lead model launches and cross-functional work, including performance optimization and customer integrations.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of product management experience, currently at or above Senior PM level.
• 5+ years of total technical work experience (e.g. SWE, ML researcher, solution engineer).
• Knowledge of open-source models and generative AI research, including the community model ecosystem: PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, and SGLang.
• Comfort using Python with the chat completions API for basic model testing.

Nice to have

• Product management experience at a model training lab or a company that implements open-source models.
• Experience in solution engineering, technical marketing, model evaluations, application coding, agentic flows, model optimization, or relevant open-source contributions.
