What you'll do
- Lead process discovery, mapping, root-cause analysis, and requirements development across business functions.
- Partner with business and technical teams to shape roadmaps, evaluate solutions, and coordinate validation, releases, and adoption.
- Build compliance and operational controls into system designs; identify process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled opportunities.
