Implement Certa’s third-party risk management platform by discovering customer processes, configuring and integrating workflows, and owning delivery through go-live.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery, map current and target processes, and optimize workflows against customer metrics.
- Configure workflows, forms, logic, risk scoring, approvals, integrations, and data flows in Studio; debug issues.
- Own delivery planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and handover, and feed product learnings into templates and accelerators.
