About the job
Administers IT systems and provides user support for CesiumAstro’s Florida office, including hardware, software, servers, storage, and compliance processes.
What you'll do
- Build, deploy, and administer Windows and Ubuntu computers, servers, lab systems, and virtual machines.
- Support users and manage network and online file storage, inventory, licensing, conferencing A/V, and digital signage.
- Maintain documentation, respond to support tickets, and identify IT needs and solutions.
