Manages an engineering lab while assembling, reworking, integrating, and testing electronic circuit boards, equipment, and harnesses for space and defense systems.
What you'll do
- Assemble, rework, integrate, and test circuit boards and electronic systems, including RF, power, and digital boards.
- Manage lab equipment, calibration, procurement, supplies, processes, and compliance training.
- Design and build wire harnesses; mentor colleagues and deliver lab training.
