Leads supplier quality engineering teams and supplier-quality programs to ensure aerospace suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and delivery requirements and improve their performance.
What you'll do
- Manage supplier quality teams, priorities, staffing, and development.
- Oversee supplier qualification, audits, inspections, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
- Partner across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain to address supplier risks and improve processes.
