Leads quality and continuous-improvement efforts to strengthen manufacturing processes, address root causes, and optimize production using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
What you'll do
- Identify improvement opportunities, analyze root causes, and develop countermeasures; lead improvement projects and workshops.
- Develop Value Stream Mapping roadmaps and action plans, and train and mentor employees in Lean and Six Sigma.
- Conduct machine and test-equipment capability studies, support quality audits, and help implement performance metrics.
