Leads quality and continuous-improvement initiatives to strengthen manufacturing processes and the Quality Management System.
What you'll do
- Identify improvement opportunities, analyze root causes, and develop countermeasures; lead improvement workshops and projects.
- Develop Value Stream Mapping roadmaps and action plans, and train and mentor employees in Lean and Six Sigma.
- Conduct machine and test-equipment capability studies and support quality audits and performance metrics.
