Build candidate pipelines and lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles supporting CesiumAstro’s satellite, spacecraft, and aerospace systems.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage technical candidates, assess their capabilities, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from screening and interviews through offer negotiation and extension.
