Leads quality assurance and process improvement across manufacturing, strengthening product quality, compliance, and operational performance.
What you'll do
- Evaluate quality systems, products, inspections, and manufacturing processes; identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop quality strategies, procedures, metrics, analyses, and reports to improve consistency, process capability, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate quality initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and other teams, including readiness and continuous improvement.
