What you'll do
- Guide Agile transformation, coach teams and leaders, and deliver Agile training and mentoring.
- Facilitate team and cross-team planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies; support SAFe events and Agile Release Trains.
- Assess Agile maturity and performance, track metrics, and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and transformation plans.
