About the job
Leads an eDiscovery lab, managing staff and the processing, quality control, and delivery of litigation data services in accordance with ESI specifications.
What you'll do
- Manage lab data processing, deadlines, staff assignments, progress reporting, and quality control of deliverables.
- Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specifications, analyze processing approaches, and report deficiencies to case attorneys.
- Advise legal teams on EDRM phases and keep clients informed about lab activities, deadlines, technical challenges, and resources.
