About the job
Partners with government and business stakeholders to define requirements, improve service delivery, and develop clear process, system, and program documentation.
What you'll do
- Document and analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into process maps and technical system requirements.
- Create briefings, reports, training materials, and other documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and implement service-delivery improvements, new technology opportunities, and risk mitigations.
