Partners with government and internal stakeholders to define business requirements, document processes, and improve service delivery and technology implementation.
What you'll do
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements, translating them into process maps and technical system requirements.
- Create briefings, reports, training materials, and other business and technical documentation.
- Identify improvement opportunities, manage risks and client expectations, and coordinate cross-team work.
