Partners with government and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, improve service delivery, and create process, technical, and communication documentation.
What you'll do
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, translating them into process maps and technical system requirements.
- Develop documentation, briefings, training materials, and communications for varied stakeholders.
- Identify service and technology improvements, manage risks and client expectations, and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
