Partners with government and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, improve service delivery, and develop processes, systems documentation, and communications.
What you'll do
- Document and analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into process maps and technical system requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, briefings, training materials, and communications for varied audiences.
- Identify and implement service and technology improvements while managing risks, client expectations, and cross-team dependencies.
