Partners with government and business stakeholders to define requirements, document processes, improve service delivery, and communicate technology and program information.
What you'll do
- Gather and document business and functional requirements; translate them into process maps and technical system requirements.
- Create and maintain briefings, reports, procedures, technical specifications, and other content for varied audiences.
- Coordinate with government and team members to recommend service improvements, implement technology, and manage risks and client expectations.
